Cheers to a Phenomenal Success of PlumbexIndia'10

Organised jointly by AIM Expositions Pvt Ltd (AIMEX) and Indian Plumbing Association (IPA), the third edition of the only one of its kind plumbing show, PlumbexIndia'10 was a grand success.

Hosted at Bombay Exhibition Centre in Hall No. 6 from 5th to 7th February 2010, the show was sponsored by industry partners, with Geberit of Switzerland being Principal Industry Partner, Viega of Germany, the Associate Industry partner and Grundfos from Denmark, the Co-Industry Partner.

Approved by India Trade Promotion Organisation, the event was supported by some of the leading organizations like World Plumbing Council (WPC), Verband Deutscher Maschinen-und Anlagenbau – German Engineering Federation (VDMA), International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO), Construction Industry Development Council (CIDC), Builders' Association of India (BAI), Fire and Security Association of India (FSAI), Institute of Indian Interior Designers (IIID), Maharastra Chambers of Housing Industry (MCHI), Brihan Mumbai Licensed Plumbers' Association (BMPLA), and Indian Green Building Council (IGBC).

Spread across an area of 2603 sq mts, with 100+ Exhibitors and 8248 quality footfalls, PlumbexIndia'10 was much bigger than PlumbexIndia'09. Besides plumbing professionals, the Show, this time succeeded in attracting many builders and architects from across the globe. Concurrent to the exhibition was the plumbing symposium with the theme - Green Plumbing, dedicated to water and energy conservation in wake of global warming. The symposium witnessed some of the intellectual speakers including renowned Ar Karan Grover from Baroda, Ms Megan Lehtonen, President – GreenPlumbers USA from California and others. Attended by architects, builders, students and people from other building service industries, the symposium proved to be a perfect platform for knowledge sharing and deliberation.

Overall, the Show received an overwhelming response from all national and international exhibitors & visitors and industry players. With this ravishing success, PlumbexIndia'10 has created a benchmark for itself and has emerged as one of the most awaited B2B shows.
