TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The deadline for submission of entries is 18th February 2012.
- The entries should be submitted on the broad theme of the competition.
- Any entrant can submit maximum three entries.
- All the images must have been shot during the calendar year 2011/2012 only.
- None of the entries should be digitally modified, such entries will be disqualified at the initial stage.
- All the entries must be the original work of the contestant himself/herself. The contestant must be the sole owner of the Intellectual Property Rights of the entry/entries, submitted to the competition.
- The contestant will be liable to ensure that publication of the photograph does not raise any legal claims from any individual/entity. Organisers of this competition will, in no way, have any legal liability, whatsoever.
- The entries must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademark, contract rights etc of any third party.
- Any submission should not be having a potential to create civil unrest, considered a criminal offence or violating any law.
- The entries submitted must not be violating the rights of privacy of any individual/entity.
- The right to disqualify any entry is solely reserved by the Organisers without assigning any reason. Organisers will not entertain any communication on such disqualification.
- The entries submitted must not be obscene or vulgar.
- Submission of the entry to this competition is construed as acceptance of these terms & conditions by the contestant.
RIGHTS OF THE ORGANISERS
- By submitting the entries, the contestants agree to the transfer of copyrights of all the entries to the organisers. The contestant grants an exclusive, irrevocable IPR to the organisers throughout the world.
- All the contestants agree to allow the organisers to publish and display the entries in print and/or electronic media for commercial/non-commercial purposes.
- Organisers agree to invariably print the credit-line, while every reproduction.
